The Squad is an exclusive membership program which offers creative boss ladies the tools and resources to run a kick-ass business.
We believe that creativity is not a competition. We understand that with one another's support, we all can profit and be successful in our endeavors.
When you join, you join a group of women who are passionate uplifting, and supportive. As well as curated content and resources which have been created and collected to help you feel connected and confident in your creative ambitions!
These are the lessons I keep in mind as I create content and facilitate this community. Because these are the things that have made me successful!
"Joining the CYL Squad has been so key to flourishing as a creative! I've found so much positive energy and encouragement that I treasure. It's a privilege to be among other creatives and to have the support and answers to questions you can't quite figure out on your own.
There are some very influential and experienced members who pour out amazing resources and helpful information that I would spend hours searching the web for. An amazing space to be for sure!"
Katelyn Morse, Birch & Bliss
"For me, the most important thing that has come from being part of CYL is that I have met great women who have been a great resource and support in a career that can sometimes be really lonely. Being a few years out of art school now, I missed the camaraderie that developed being in a community with other artists. Sometimes we need a sounding board or to get some trusted eyes on a difficult piece that has us wanting to throw in the towel. We meet each other where we are at, and coming from so many different backgrounds, it is a well rounded community that offers the opportunity to learn and grow."
Kait Masters, Larkspur & Laurel
"I've only been part of the Squad for a short while now, and I already see the value in being a member. In the past, I've often gotten a bit of a competitive vibe from other artists and makers, but being part of this amazing group of women has shown me that not everyone is like that! I feel so supported by the Squad! It is so encouraging to not only hear praise for my work, but helpful tips and tricks from people who are already doing what I want to do. And being part of a collaborative group of women, especially in this current political climate, is so dang important--keep pushing, keep making, and keep looking forward, because I'm not doing it alone."
